Crisp Romaine lettuce and Croutons tossed in a Authentic Caesar Dressing made from scratch

Burrata Salad

Slices of Tomato, Basil, Pesto, and Burrata, drizzled with Olive oil and Balsamic Reduction

Beef Tataki 

8 pieces of Thinly sliced seared rare seasoned steak), marinated overnight in a ponzu sake sauce, on a bed of thinly sliced onion, swimming in ponzu sauce topped off with green onions


Japanese Style Garlic, Soy, Ginger Fried Chicken 

Chicken bites marinated in a garlic soy ginger overnight, dusted with mochiko flour and deep fried until golden brown, and drizzles
with garlic soy ginger sauce.


Grilled Asparagus Filet Mignon

Grilled Asparagus and 6 oz Filet Mignon in a red wine reduction sauce.

Pan fried Mahi Mahi with Lemon-Butter Sauce, Toasted Almonds & Side Asparagus
A refined entrée featuring a tender Mahi Mahi fillet, delicately topped with a silky lemon-butter sauce that enhances its light, flaky texture. Toasted almonds add a satisfying crunch and subtle nutty flavor to each bite. Served with crisp, roasted asparagus, this dish offers a perfect blend of freshness and richness, presented elegantly to delight the senses.
