Unless otherwise noted on the ticket page, all shows in the downstairs lounge are all ages until 10:30pm. All guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian age 21 or older.

Requests made more than 72 hours before the scheduled show time are eligible for either • 100% credit toward a future show, or • A refund minus applicable credit card and service fees.

Event Cancellation If the event is canceled by the organizer, refunds will be issued and are processed automatically through the original method of payment.

Postponements or Reschedules If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets may be honored for the new date. Refunds may be provided if the buyer is unable to attend the rescheduled date. Decisions regarding credits or refunds are made at the organizer’s discretion.
