Unless otherwise noted on the ticket page, all shows in the downstairs lounge are all ages until 10:30pm. All guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian age 21 or older. After 10:30pm, all shows are strictly 21+. All guests seated in a bar seat must be 21 or older at all times. All Velvet Monkey shows are strictly 21+.

Requests made more than 72 hours before the scheduled show time are eligible for either • 100% credit toward a future show, or • A refund minus applicable credit card and service fees. Requests made within 72 hours of the show are not eligible for refunds or credits. Tickets are non refundable for no shows or personal circumstances including illness, travel issues, or weather related concerns. In these cases, the ticket cost is forfeited.

Event Cancellation If the event is canceled by the organizer, refunds will be issued and are processed automatically through the original method of payment. Postponements or Reschedules If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets may be honored for the new date. Refunds may be provided if the buyer is unable to attend the rescheduled date. Decisions regarding credits or refunds are made at the organizer’s discretion.
